How does collection work?
We collect from your address at a time that suits you. Simply book your service, confirm your collection slot, and we'll handle the rest. Your items are picked up in protective bags and logged into our system.
What's your turnaround time?
Most services are completed within five to seven working days. Rush services are available for an additional fee. We'll notify you when your items are ready for delivery.
Do you handle delicate fabrics?
Yes. We specialise in luxury and delicate materials including silk, cashmere, and wool. Each item receives individual attention and appropriate treatment based on its fabric composition.
Can you remove specific stains?
We assess each stain individually upon collection. Some respond well to specialist treatment, whilst others may require alternative approaches. We'll advise you on the best course of action.
Is delivery included in the price?
Yes, delivery is included within London. Items are returned in protective packaging at your preferred time. We track all deliveries to ensure safe arrival.
What about alterations and repairs?
We handle hems, seams, zips, and structural repairs. Our team assesses each piece and provides a quote before work begins. Alterations typically take seven to ten working days.
Do you clean shoes and accessories?
We do. Shoe care includes cleaning, conditioning, and sole restoration. Accessories like bags and belts receive specialist treatment appropriate to their material.
What about linen and bedding?
We clean and press linen, duvet covers, and bedding with care. Items are treated to maintain softness and longevity. We use gentle processes suitable for fine fabrics.
How do I pay for services?
Payment is processed during booking. We accept all major cards and digital payment methods. Invoices are provided for each service.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancellations made more than forty-eight hours before collection receive a full refund. Rescheduling is available subject to availability.
